On Saturday, May 6th NCLA's President and CEO, Curlene Nelson in the company of Council Member Donavan Richards office, State Senator Leroy Commrie office and Assemblywoman Hyndman office hosted an Illegal Signage Cleanup Day. The event was co-sponsored by NYC Department of Sanitation and Wildcat, a division of FEDCAP.
